The plain round
The plain round is running using the following modification of the
contest rules used for ICPC:
The submissions with the Compilation Error verdict are never counted as
The contestant submissions status
Team may use only one PC at any moment of the competition, i.e.
any contestant may use her own PC, but only one PC can be used for
writing/debugging the code at any moment of time.
The scoreboard is never frozen (except the cases when the main
event on what the GP is based have the freeze; then teams from main event
remain frozen in the standings unless the main event organizers
open the standings.
The following terms apply to participation in this contest or series of contests.
Entrants may create original solutions, prototypes, datasets, scripts,
or other content, materials, discoveries or inventions (a Submission).
The Open Cup named after E.V. Pankratiev is organized by the Open Cup Organizers and General Sponsor.
Entrants retain ownership of all intellectual and industrial property rights
(including moral rights) in and to Submissions.
As a condition of submission, Entrant grants the Open Cup Organizers, its
subsidiaries, agents and partner companies, a perpetual, irrevocable,
worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt,
modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, create a derivative work from,
and publicly display the Submission.
Entrants provide Submissions on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR
CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without
limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT,
MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
